The hotel has a great location, really close to Zocalo, which I loved. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite hot and humid with no windows, and the breakfast options were underwhelming. While the price was decent, the lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a significant downside.

The rooms were clean but very hot and humid, with no windows at all. They didn't have the room ready for us until 2 PM, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location is fantastic—right near the Centro and within walking distance to all the great cafes and restaurants. The service was cooperative, and the bartender was great. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired; they were dirty upon arrival and extremely hot without air conditioning. Overall, while the hotel has potential, it definitely needs some improvements to match the price point.

The rooms were pretty disappointing. They were dirty from previous guests, incredibly hot and humid, and the lack of windows made it feel cramped.

The service was cooperative with my requests, although I found the staff to be not very friendly overall. The bartender was a highlight, though.

Dining

The breakfast was just enough to get your day started, but it was located in a tiny cafe, making it tough to find a table without queuing.

Facilities were basic; however, I didn’t find anything particularly noteworthy that stood out.

The hotel has a great location, allowing easy access to numerous restaurants and cafes, and it’s just a short walk to Zócalo. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference during my stay. However, I found the rooms to get quite hot at night, and while they were clean, they weren't as soundproof as I had hoped. Overall, it’s a decent place for the price, but improvements can be made.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean and well-lit but lacked external windows and were quite hot, even with the fan running all night.
Service

The service was superfriendly, and I appreciated that they provided an extra pillow when I asked.
Location

The location is perfect—it’s within walking distance to everything, including shops, restaurants, and attractions like Zócalo.
Dining

Dining was not ideal; the cafe attached to the hotel was tiny, leading to long waits for a table, and the food options were limited.
Facilities

The hotel had decent facilities, but there wasn’t much variety to enjoy aside from the basics.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The rooms were okay compared to others I've seen in Mexico, but they could use some soundproofing. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the stay more enjoyable, even though the dining experience was a bit underwhelming with limited breakfast options.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were off an internal courtyard, which meant they lacked external windows and could get quite hot at night, although there was a fan. Overall, they were pretty good compared to other rooms I've seen in Mexico.
Service
9.0
The service was really friendly and accommodating. They provided an extra pillow when I asked, which was nice.
Location

The location is perfect; you can walk everywhere, and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It's also close to downtown and the Zocalo, which is a huge plus.
Dining

Dining was in a tiny café attached to the hotel, and it was often crowded, making you queue for ages. The breakfast was just fruit, coffee, and sweet bread, which was a bit disappointing.
Facilities

Facilities were basic, which is understandable for this type of accommodation, but it could definitely use some enhancements.

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to walk to various restaurants and attractions. However, the rooms were quite warm and uncomfortable, with issues like a leaking shower. While some staff members were friendly, others were not as welcoming. Overall, it's a decent spot, but improvements are needed in the room comfort and dining experience.

Rooms

The room was incredibly hot at night with no windows to the outside, and it had a leaking shower that caused flooding. I found it uncomfortable, especially for someone like me who can feel a bit claustrophobic.
Service

The service was a mixed bag; while the bartender was great and provided an extra pillow, some staff members lacked friendliness.
Location

The location is perfect for walking around and exploring, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to the city center and major attractions, which is a big plus.
